The Digital Perm is different to traditional perms in that it does not harm the hair - instead, the hair is left soft and shiny. The digital perm has come from Japan and is credited with being responsible for the bouncy curls sported by the likes of Kate Middleton and Victoria Beckham. We wanted to do this amazing treatment but without the fumes so, we set about finding a company who could help us.
Believe it or not, here @ OSA we have never stopped perming. We have studied perming continually and are enjoying the period of renewed interest in this fascinating world of hair reshaping.
