About the Business
Nick Brain Hairdressing started in the early 1980's when Nick began working on his own servicing a few local clients in Bath. The business steadily grew, but when Nick won the Wella Vogue Competition in the early 1990's the Salon was really put on the map, soon becoming synonymous with contemporary styling and attention to detail.
As the demand for Nick's talents increased, the Salon and the Team needed to expand and the business moved into the York Street premises in 1998. With further awards and accolades to come, the company went from strength to strength, priding itself on exceptional customer service and an ability to deliver what the client wants. It was the natural step to expand further with a second Salon opening in 2005.
Nick has always been passionate about nurturing home-grown talent and promoting staff development. All graduate stylists attend courses at both the Wella London Academy and the Tigi Academy as well as regular in-house training nights.
