About the Business
At the Priory Road site we have all you would expect, plus we have our own car park for our guests to the salon. As well as managing this salon she was also a UK Advocate trainer for Sebastian, a designer American hair brand. She trained all the best salons in the UK both in product knowledge and seasonal haircutting collections. Sarah now as well as her duties in the salon, works for REF as Education manager, this is an up and coming Swedish hairdressing brand. The salon was set up with one thing in mind, and that was to do everything differently from other salons in the area.
So we adopted the strap line "Doing Things Differently". The salon believes in not just looking after the customer in the salon, but also ensuring that they can recreate the styles at home, we call this the 720 theory. We create this by ensuring our team are highly trained, we have a training session every week. These training sessions make us stronger and stronger but also allow us to generate new ideas and styles.
