About the Business
My name is Maria and I've always been interestied in styling from a very young age. After I completed by college education I went into paid employement with Virgin Mobile for a number of years. As with so many others in the area in Dec 2012 I found myself redundant but I decided this was going to be a new chapter to my life and that I would use my redundancy money to help me start to do what I should have done many years ago - start my own business in Hair Styling. So with that in mind I popped my action plan in place, which involved making sure I was fully qualified and learned all the propper processes and procedures first and foremost. I passed all my Hair Dressing qualifications at Wiltshire College will flying colours and my clients all have great feedback.
Aquara is the name of the Village my mother was born in in Italy, I've been there many times and wanted to reflect my roots in the name. The name reflects water, Aqua which is very important for a hairdresser.
